Privis Health [RALEIGH, N.C.] announced that Phil Fegan has joined as Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Privis Health, Mr. Fegan worked as CIO for both P3 Health Partners and DaVita Healthcare Partners. In the United Kingdom Mr. Fegan worked at Standard Life Healthcare and the British United Provident Association in both operational and technical roles.
BGIS [TORONTO] announced the appointment of Peter Poolsaar to the newly created position of Chief Information Officer. Peter joins BGIS from IBM, where he was most recently an executive advisor for the Cloud and Digital portfolio. Previously, Peter ran business units at Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young and Accenture. Peter also brings significant real estate industry experience to BGIS having worked with Brookfield Asset Management as a strategic consultant for 5 years.
Think Systems [BALTIMORE] announced that Ed Mullin has joined as CIO and VP. Ed previously worked for SC&H Group as CIO and Mind Over Machines as VP of IT Strategy. Ed also worked at UPS-Roadnet, Becton Dickinson, CMSI, PHH-Cendant, Catalyst Research, SMC-SAIC, and Hartman Executive Advisory.
Toshiba America Business Solutions and Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions [LAKE FOREST, Calif. & RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.] announced the promotion of Leon Roberge to chief information officer at the two U.S.-based Toshiba Tec Corporation companies. Roberge was responsible for the IT departments at Toshiba America Business Solutions and Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions since 2016 and served 16 years in senior IT roles at Toshiba America, Inc. and Toshiba America Electronic Components.
