Dinocrates [ROCKVILLE, Md.] announced the hiring of Bill Maguire as the new chief information officer (CIO). Prior to joining Dinocrates, Maguire served as CIO advisor for ClearEdge Power, chief operating officer (COO) and CTO of Intellidyne, CIO of Aerient, CIO of San Jose State University, CIO of Virgin America, CIO of Aspect Communications, CIO of Legato Systems, and general manager of computer operations for the U.S. Postal Service.
Trimble [SUNNYVALE, Calif.] (NASDAQ: TRMB) announced the appointment of Johan Wibergh to its Board of Directors. Wibergh is the group technology officer and CIO of Vodafone. Before joining Vodafone, Wibergh held a variety of senior-level management positions at Ericsson, where he was most recently responsible for the networks product business. He also served on the board and audit committee of ST-Ericsson, a 50/50 joint venture between Ericsson and STMicroelectronics. Prior to Ericsson, he held several management positions in IT industry-related businesses.

Talend [REDWOOD CITY, Calif.] (NASDAQ: TLND) announced it has named Eric Johnson as its Chief Information Officer (CIO). Johnson is the former CIO of DocuSign. Prior to DocuSign, he spent more than a decade at Informatica in increasingly senior IT roles, most recently as senior vice president and CIO.
