Herbalife [LOS ANGELES] (NYSE: HLF) announced that Rich Libby has joined Herbalife Nutrition as chief information officer. Libby was most recently chief information officer at Shaklee Corporation. Prior to Shaklee, Libby spent seven years as VP of technology at Gap Inc.; as well as eleven years with JPMorgan Chase.

Modine Manufacturing Company [RACINE, Wis.] (NYSE: MOD) welcomed Steve Langer to the role of Vice President, Information Technology. Most recently, Langer was the Director, Application Infrastructure Management at SC Johnson & Son. He held several roles with increasing responsibility at the company, including Director, Support Services and Director, Information Management & Architecture.
Elevate Credit, Inc. [FORT WORTH, Texas] announced that Bradley Strock has joined its Board of Directors. Mr. Strock joined PayPal in 2011 and since 2014 has been its Chief Information Officer. Prior to PayPal, he held several senior executive roles at Bank of America, and he led the creation of a new rewards platform at JP Morgan Chase. Mr. Strock’s early career spanned a wide range of strategy and financial roles. He also serves on the board of Hiigna, Inc.

Infoblox Inc. [SANTA CLARA, Calif.] announced that it has appointed Brad Bell as chief information officer (CIO). His most recent role was with Microsoft where he led the Global Infrastructure and Service Management/Support function at Microsoft. Prior to Microsoft, Brad was the CIO for Sonos Inc. He also spent 17 years at Cisco.
