SBE [NEW YORK] announced that Peter Chambers is joining as Chief Information Officer. Prior to his current position, Chambers served as Vice President of Technology at Viceroy Hotel Group. Previously, he held senior technology positions at Vail Resorts, Olio Solutions, Combest and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Chambers also worked in several hospitality roles at The Park Lane Hotel and Sheraton Belgravia in London.
GNS Healthcare (GNS) [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] announced the appointment of Benjamin Bielak as Chief Information Officer. Bielak most recently served as the Director of Academic Technology at Harvard University. Prior to his work at Harvard, Bielak was the Chief Information Officer at Dovetail Health. He previously held roles as Manager of Development and Integration at Boston Medical Center and Senior Manager of Technology at Sapient.
Fuze [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] announced the appointment of Chris Conry as Chief Information Officer. Prior to Fuze, Chris drove large-scale IT transformation efforts, led IT integration activities for several mergers and acquisitions, and oversaw corporate security and compliance as vice president of IT & Office Services at Arbor Networks. Chris has also held IT leadership roles at NMS Communications, GE Automation, and Intellution.
Hilltop Holdings [DALLAS] has appointed Toby Pennycuff, former head of information technology at Essex Property Trust, as its new chief information officer. Over the course of his 40-year career, Pennycuff has held increasingly senior information technology positions in the banking, travel, retail, and professional service industries including vice president and chief technology officer at EDS, senior vice president and chief technology officer at JC Penney, principal and chief technology officer at PennMann Technology, and most recently chief information officer for Essex Property Trust, Inc.
The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. [YORK, Pa.] announced the appointment of Norm Veit to the position of Chief Information Officer of the Company. Veit most recently served as Chief Information Officer and EVP, Distribution, Real Estate & Facilities for Nine West Holdings, Inc.
Postal Center International (PCI) [FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.] announced the appointment of William (Bill) Sweeney as Chief Information Officer. Sweeney was most recently Chief Technology Officer for BAE Systems Americas.
GAFFEY Healthcare [PLANO, TX] announced the appointment of Scott Mumford as chief information officer (CIO). Mumford joins the company most recently from IBM Corporation, where he served as associate partner of CIO Advisory Services. He has worked in both service and technology companies, including Lionbridge Technologies and MEDHOST.
Provident Bank [ISELIN, N.J.] has named John Kamin Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Provident Bank, Kamin was Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer with Old National Bank. Kamin also held senior leadership positions with Wells Fargo, Wachovia, and Advanta Corporation.
